* Deliver online training, communicating content clearly and engagingly.
* Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
* Support the coordination, organization, and facilitation of training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
* Create communication materials and support for workshops and training sessions.
* Coordinate the management and collection of feedback from participants.
Main Tasks:

Key Skills:
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 tools, ability to deliver training fluently in English, great presentation skills, and high interpersonal skills.
