An established and growing international packaging business is looking for an ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join its commercial team based in Middlewich.
This opportunity is designed to develop future sales talent, giving you hands-on experience within a fast-moving commercial environment and the potential to progress into a field-based Account Manager role as the business continues to grow.

The Role
You will join the internal sales team, working closely with experienced sales professionals and supporting customer relationships across a range of sectors.
This role provides a strong foundation in sales, customer management and commercial analysis, with increasing exposure to external customers as your experience develops.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting account managers with customer enquiries and quotations
- Building relationships with customers via phone, email and Teams
- Analysing sales data, enquiries and pipeline activity
- Supporting sales forecasting and reporting
- Learning the company’s product portfolio and market sectors
- Joining customer meetings and gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts
Over time, you'll develop the skills needed to move into a customer-facing sales position.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with drive, ambition and commercial curiosity.
You may be:
- A recent graduate or someone with 0–2 years' commercial experience
- Someone who completed a placement year or internship
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Interested in developing a long-term career in sales
Industry experience is not required, training will be provided.
