Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins in the region.
* Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans and activities in accordance with agreed European sales methodology.
* Forecasting: Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data for sales forecasts.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing customers, monitor their requirements and satisfaction levels, and identify new business opportunities.
* Event Management: Organize and participate in workshops, trade meetings, and other events to promote products and build customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong sales experience (minimum 4 years) in the life science market.
* Excellent communication and business acumen skills.
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* A proven track record of successful sales of high-tech instruments.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
