Lo scopra leggendo la panoramica del ruolo qui sotto.The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection RomaThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you!The Reservation Agent will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:Reservation operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard;Responding to all guest enquires in an engaging manner whilst using Hotel standards with the aim of converting every enquiry into a booking by delivering efficient and intuitive guest service.Ensure personal knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers;Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program;Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications;Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. xpavfwmTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:Reservation experience in Hotel of same category preferably in Marriott Luxury PropertiesStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilitiesCalm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest serviceExperience with answering multi-line phone linesProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExcellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be considered a plusA minimum of 1 year experience in a similar roleProficiency in Opera PMS (5.4 -5.6), MARSHA, EMPOWER Operational Systems requiredTo apply please send your CV to:
