You will support consumer research activities, analyze research results to identify marketing opportunities, and organize sample production with internal labs or external agencies. /p pYou will create advertising briefs for design and communication agencies, participate in evaluating their work, and oversee the completion of activities. You will support the improvement of Piano Statico execution to maximize market impact, shelf visibility, and product potential. Additionally, you will coordinate editorial plans with the Kinder Digital team for social media platforms. /p pYou will contribute to the development and assessment of the full marketing mix across countries, including consumer, market, quality, and profitability analyses. You will help craft a global communication framework in collaboration with external agencies and relevant internal functions. You will also monitor global marketplace trends, new launches, and cost versus budget, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Finally, you will supervise the creation of ingredients lists, nutritional information, and trademark management. /p pbWho we are looking for: /b Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent, with 0-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing. A dynamic, flexible, proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a multicultural environment are essential. /p pStrong relational skills, team orientation, project management, and organizational abilities are important. An interest in international mobility and a passion for our products and consumers are valued.
