Ph3Overview /h3 pJob Description Summarybr/As Sr. Marketing Manager – Surgery (Aquila Region) at GE HealthCare, you will play a pivotal and strategic role in driving regional marketing excellence for the Surgery (OEC) portfolio across both direct and indirect markets. This role requires the ability to flex seamlessly across B2B and B2C dynamics, tailoring marketing approaches for clinicians, hospital executives, procurement groups, and channel partners. You will serve as the marketing right hand to the three regional cluster leaders—supporting them with business analytics, monthly operating reviews, annual marketing planning, and disciplined follow‑through on commercial programs. You will lead digital marketing, product lifecycle activities, market intelligence, commercial enablement, congresses, and customer programs across the Aquila region. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libStrategic Partner to Cluster Leaders /b ul liAct as the primary marketing partner for all three cluster leaders, contributing to monthly operating reviews with insights, progress updates, performance metrics, and proactive recommendations. /li liDevelop and align annual marketing plans with cluster strategies, ensuring execution discipline with continuous follow-up. /li liProvide real-time visibility on trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership decisions. /li /ul /li libBusiness Analytics Performance Tracking /b ul liConduct analysis of SFDC funnel trends (stage movement, win/loss, cycle time) to identify obstacles and propose corrective actions. /li liTrack and communicate key marketing metrics for direct and indirect markets, enabling data-driven commercial prioritization. /li liSupport tender positioning with competitive intelligence, value messages, and proof points. /li /ul /li libProduct Lifecycle Management /b ul liLead Aquila’s marketing workstreams for New Product Introductions including launch plans, messaging, digital activation, and field readiness. /li liSupport structured phase-out activities ensuring customers, distributors, and Sales have clear transition guidance. /li /ul /li libDigital Marketing, B2B B2C Campaigns /b ul liDesign and execute integrated digital campaigns to expand reach and strengthen visibility. /li liAdapt marketing approaches to both B2B and B2C audiences across direct teams and channel partners. /li liIntroduce innovative marketing formats that win hearts and minds across internal and external stakeholders. /li liMeasure and optimize campaign impact and ROI. /li /ul /li libGo-To-Market Planning Enablement /b ul liBuild strategic and operational marketing plans for direct and indirect markets. /li liDevelop localized commercial tools—value stories, competitive briefs, messaging decks, tender packages. /li liSupport distributor marketing capabilities to ensure alignment and execution consistency. /li /ul /li libMarket, Clinical, and Competitive Insights (VOC) /b ul liMaintain strong awareness of clinical trends, competitive actions, and market dynamics. /li liSynthesize insights for cluster leaders, Sales, and global teams to shape commercial and product strategies. /li /ul /li libReference Sites KOL Engagement /b ul liIdentify and support reference sites to drive adoption and clinical advocacy. /li liDevelop trusted relationships with KOLs and early adopters. /li /ul /li libCongress, Events Field Training /b ul liLead planning and execution of regional congresses including booth strategy, product showcases, and digital amplification. /li liSupport product and competitive training for direct sales teams and channel partners. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field. /li liSignificant marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries. /li liProven success in both B2B and B2C marketing across direct and indirect markets. /li liStrong capability in digital marketing, multi‑channel campaign development, analytics, and optimization. /li liExperience leading New Product Introductions (NPIs), including launch planning and field enablement. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, identify trends, and translate insights. /li liExperience acting as a strategic business partner to commercial leaders. /li liStrong project management skills and execution discipline. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence across levels. /li liAbility and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% across the Aquila region. /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liMBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare. /li liExperience in Surgery, Imaging, or MedTech industries. /li liExperience engaging KOLs, clinical stakeholders, and reference sites. /li liFamiliarity with tender processes and competitive positioning in public procurement. /li liExperience in multi‑country European marketing roles. /li liKnowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and CMS tools. /li liExperience coordinating major congresses and customer events. /li liComfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment. /li /ul
