PThe Commercial Support Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spare Parts business, ensuring business continuity while leading the transformation of our back-office opera-tions. The role will oversee the Parts Administration team, driving excellence in order management, enhancing customer experience, and leading the transition from a reactive support function to a proactive, consultative, and value-driven customer advisory team. /ph3Your Mission /h3pThis is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact: you will steer automation, AI-driven process improvements, and modernize customer interactions, ensuring that the team is future-proof and a key enabler of commercial success. If you are a strategic leader who thrives in transformation, operational excellence, and customer engagement, we want you on board!brAs a Commercial Support Director, you will: /pulliEnsure Business Continuity Operational Excellence /liliOversee the Parts Administration team, ensuring seamless order management, support, and customer request handling. /liliMaintain high service levels and drive continuous process improvement. /liliImplement performance KPIs and structured monitoring to optimize response times, accuracy, and efficiency. /liliStrengthen collaboration between the team and Sales, Pricing, and Service teams to maximize commercial impact. /liliPromote the adoption of self-service tools and e-commerce platforms, enabling customers to access spare parts seamlessly. /liliImplement BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to Sales, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3pLevel of education and languages: /pulliMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field /liliFluency in English (additional languages are a plus) /liliStrong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), CRM tools, and digital platforms /li /ulpRequired experience and skills: /pulli10+ years of experience in industrial service environments, with exposure to both customer management and supply chain processes. /liliProven leader in transformation, with experience in driving operational improvements, digitalization, and organizational change. /liliStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution. /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT. /liliStrong data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and automation to enhance team performance. /liliAbility to analyze data and present it in a structured and solid way. /liliHigh energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
