Job Description:
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network.
* You identify business opportunities for our network and products, establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
* You will identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy, leveraging your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
* You conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
* You represent Sovendus to potential new partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
* You are responsible for market development and product positioning, utilizing your experience in the e-commerce sector.
* You will report to the Country Manager Italy and collaborate closely with our Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.
Your profile:
* You are a passionate and process-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) with professional experience in selling performance marketing solutions.
* You are a highly motivated B2B sales professional with at least 2-3 years of experience selling online performance marketing solutions to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce clients.
* You possess an extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
* You are driven by the goal of successfully building new markets.
* Your analytical skills help you assess market potential and review and optimize partner KPIs.
* You have excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
* Professional proficiency in Italian and English is required.
