A PR & Marketing Executive plays an important role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The marketing and PR team is integral in uniting all functions to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan to enhance brand awareness, communicate promotions, and address hotel business needs. Your tasks will include:
1. Coordinating and assisting with marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting results.
2. Supporting promotional activities, maintaining media libraries, and developing collateral.
3. Promoting hotel marketing activities to the media across various channels.
4. Handling internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and speeches for executives.
5. Supporting events, sponsorships, exhibitions, and property inspections.
6. Managing media relations, social media, press kits, and media visits.
7. Organizing media trips and hotel filming, ensuring administrative approvals.
8. Monitoring social media activity and maintaining brand standards across all collateral.
9. Assisting in loyalty marketing activities and online content management.
10. Responding to customer postings and managing online reputation.
Managing Execution
Your responsibilities include executing content management, developing reports, maintaining databases, and analyzing marketing activities. You will also ensure all marketing and PR archives are up-to-date and support crisis communication as needed.
Developing Talent
This role emphasizes self-development rather than team management.
Building Relationships
Establish and maintain effective relationships with hotel teams, external media, agencies, and community stakeholders. Collaborate effectively within the team and support external partnerships.
What are we looking for?

* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
* College level education or equivalent experience.
* Understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
