* Lead end-to-end local content strategy and oversee content production
* Manage production schedules and ensure alignment with campaigns

* Analyze performance metrics to optimize local content strategies
* Maintain relationships with agencies, freelancers, and contributors
* Build and manage a network of content marketing creators and negotiate collaborations
* Track and analyze creator performance metrics
Qualifications
* Proven theatrical marketing experience
* Success in marketing/social media roles at global media companies
* In-depth knowledge of Italian media landscape and cultural trends
* Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
