Job Title: Automation Sales Specialist
Job Description:
1. Sales Development: Identify and recruit a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators in key Southern European markets to drive revenue growth and establish the company as a market leader.
2. Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for life science products, including liquid handling workstations, microplate readers, washers, and dispensers.
3. Partner Enablement: Train, equip, and motivate channel partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support to effectively sell solutions.
4. Sales Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline with partners, from lead generation to closing, and provide support on key customer visits and demonstrations.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders within the biopharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, and academic research communities.
6. Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the market, providing feedback to teams on customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
7. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis using CRM.
