Together, Let's Power a New World! /ppbYour journey ahead : /b /ppWhen joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for the exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts / partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team. /ppbYour Challenges : /b /polliGrow : /liliIdentify new business opportunities for EcoFlow product sales as well as implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels. By analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow; /liliBuild and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market; /liliMaintain strong relationships with major solar / renewable energy distributors; /liliResponsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums; /liliPlan and deliver sales and marketing activities in collaboration with other departments to capture business opportunities; /liliDevelop and implement strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and achieve sales targets. /li /olpbYour profile includes : /b /pulliMin 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar / battery) industry. /liliPrevious track record and strong network with key solar distributors / installers are desired. /liliBachelor or master’s degree. /liliSelf-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver. /liliPositive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to empathize with others. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus. /li /ulpbAre you one of us? /b /ppEFers from different cultures, races, genders, religions, nationalities, sexual orientations, ages, marital statuses, or disabilities gather at EcoFlow to form a diversified community.
