Category Manager Peripherals page is loaded## Category Manager Peripheralslocations: San Giuliano Milanese, Italytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R47570**Job Purpose:**To manage and own the assigned IT Peripherals Brands/Vendors in all aspects: Profit & Loss (P&L), commercial and operational ownership by collaborating with all relevant business functions to deliver best in class business growth and continuity.**Responsibilities:*** Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.* Lead the vendor pricing strategy through collaboration with profit team to review price elasticity and handle exception management* Support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption and creation* Support the vendor pricing strategy through collaboration with the profit team around exception and corrective management* Manage the ship and debit process* Collaborate with the purchasing team on provision management and stock allocation* Work with Business Intelligence to produce sales out and stock reports and determine appropriate execution plan based on the findings* Achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) absolute and percentage quality target* Hold operational relationship with vendor peers, to discuss future products, forecasting and planning processes and product sell-out (demand planning)* Provide input and execution of the business and marketing plan in conjunction with the vendor business lead(s)* Support the sales floor and external customers in all relevant activities**Knowledge Skills and Experience*** Experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a category management level, ideally from a product marketing/technical/sales background* Business planning experience with strong operational cadence* Excellent analytical skills* Highly numerate* Commercial acumen* Strong communication skills* Good relationship skills* Time management & prioritization skills* Strong sense of ownership and accountability* Strong Microsoft office skills/ MS Excel skills* Proven ability multi task in a fast paced environment* Degree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantage* Able to use main AI Tools would be an advantage* Fluent English**Key Skills**At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
