A renowned manufacturing Group, with headquarters in Northern Italy, is looking for :
* a TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
* to join its sales departments.
As a global player, the Group has a worldwide presence and supplies customers all around the globe.
The Technical Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Directors.
* Main Activities
* Together with all Sales Directors of the various Companies of the Group, the Technical Sales Manager prospects potential new customers, designs the best solutions for them, sustains current business, and follows every project up.
* Visits customers regularly, implementing strategies to support them, drive value, and develop strong partnerships.
* Explores side business opportunities allowing the Company to extend its business scope.
* Organizes and participates in international fairs and events.
* Shares information with the Product Development team.
* Manages administrative activities related to the acquisition of orders.
* Additional Activities
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. A background in sales engineering or a related field is preferred.
* Requisiti
* Degree : Mechanical Engineering (or similar) and / or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Years of experience in the role : 3+ years relevant experience.
* Languages : Must be fluent in Italian and English for regular interactions with customers and colleagues. Spanish, French, and German are considered a plus.
* IT : Strong understanding of the most common Office software and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
* Attitude and soft skills : We are looking for a flexible individual with a good balance between sales, account management, business development, and technical skills. Also, they should have a sense of opportunity, negotiation, compromise, and discipline.
Working hours : Full time
