The overall goal will be growing ITT Connectors opportunity funnel, market share and revenues while improving reach to new customers and projects. The selected candidate will develop and implement product and pricing strategies, provide technical product support, application assistance and product training to the sales team. The incumbent will manage pricing and product rationalization activities, champion new products and perform product portfolio analysis. Connector market experience (5+ years) will be considered in lieu of degree /li li3+ years of product‑related or technical experience in technical businesses (ideally connectors) /li liStrong understanding of connector technologies for harsh environment applications /li liExperience in working with cross‑functional teams to develop pricing and proposals /li liMust have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and global employees, including the ability to motivate, energize, manage, and develop performance of other staff members /li liChampions the process of change and promotes a culture of quick adaptation while fostering change management /li liStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines /li liProactive approach to planning, organizational capabilities and problem resolution.
