Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality setup of tables and service areas for guests.
* Check and refill condiment containers according to HACCP standards.
* Assist with delivery of small items like soups or beverages as needed.
* Prepare buffets with precision and care.
* Provide excellent guest service, including welcoming guests and serving water, beverages, bread, and butter.
* Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a high standard of service.
* Collaborate effectively with the Chef de Rang to ensure food delivery standards are met.
Qualifications
* High school diploma with good grades.
* At least 2 years' experience in a high-level restaurant or hotel role.
* Flexibility and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, punctuality, and proactivity.
* Ability to work on various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Grooming and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Legal right to work in Italy.
