FUNCTIONS We are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, based in Milan, who will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the marketing strategy and marketing plans to grow the business and expansion plans in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Local Store Marketing and customer engagement, leveraging the brand alongside digital strategies. He / She will collaborate with global marketing, agencies, and other related departments. Key responsibilities include : Define, develop, and implement the marketing strategy for the brand. Define and execute the Local Store Marketing (LSM) plan, with comprehensive knowledge of each restaurant. Define and execute digital strategies and campaigns. Manage the Local Store Marketing plan, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with brand growth and results. Coordinate regularly with HQ to adopt best practices applicable to the country. Manage budgets and maintain regular contact with agencies and suppliers. Coordinate with Operations and all relevant stakeholders.
