(RFQ activity, analysis of supplier responses and quotes and placing blanket purchase orders);Leading and facilitation of pricing negotiations and contract discussions, dealing with all the Company Departments needed to fulfill the targets;Develop / implement supply base management strategies both regionally and globally that lead to lowest total cost in terms of quality, lead time, delivery, and pricing;Support cost savings initiatives for sourcing area base;Support special projects as necessary.Support and resolve supplier issues such as accounts payable resolution, past due deliveries, and risks related to production lines and aftermarket customers.REQUIRED SKILLS:(preferred) Mechanical Engineering degree or similar degreeGood analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate as an effective team memberGood communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPointSAP knowledge (preferred)LANGUAGE SKILLS:English: fluentLocation: Turin, Italy
