The role involves managing and expanding the company’s sales portfolio across Central and Southern Italy for solutions in the TSO, DSO, and industrial sectors—including low‑voltage regulation, power quality analyzers, dissolved gas analysis, and partial discharge systems. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities. /li liMaintain and strengthen existing customer relationships. /li liPresent technical solutions tailored to client needs. /li liNegotiate contracts and close sales deals. /li liAchieve and exceed set sales targets. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in business development. /li liStrong technical knowledge in the electro‑technical and electronics sectors. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships. /li liOrganizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects. /li liFluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel across Central and Southern Italy (≈50% of the time) and 3–4 days per month to Bolzano HQ. /li liBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. /li liPrior experience in B2B or technical product sales is highly desirable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
