This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration—especially when it comes to managing product documentation and working closely with the marketing team to deliver exceptional product launches. This role will report to Claypaky Product Portfolio Manager.brstrongKey Responsibilities /strongulliOwn the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch and end-of-life—for assigned lighting products /liliDefine the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs /liliConduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points /lilistrongCreate, manage, and maintain comprehensive product documentation /strong, including specifications, data sheets, manuals, and training materials /lilistrongWork closely with the marketing team to coordinate go-to-market strategies /strong, ensuring timely, well-branded, and effective product launches /liliPartner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget /liliCollect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates /liliSupport internal teams with product knowledge and documentation for sales training and customer support /liliMonitor and report on product performance and market feedback post-launch /li /ulbrstrongRequirements /strongulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field (MBA a plus) /lili6+ years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electronics, or a related field /liliSolid understanding of lighting technologies (LED, controls, smart lighting protocols such as DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, DMX, ARTNET, etc.) /lilistrongStrong experience developing and managing product documentation /strongto support both internal and external stakeholders /lilistrongProven track record of successful product launches in collaboration with marketing /strongand cross-functional teams /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills /liliProficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar /liliKnowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus /lilistrongWillingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% /strongfor partner meetings, customer visits, and key industry events /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
