The Commis de Rang efficiently clears and resets tables, replenishes service items, supports smooth coordination among the team, and communicates openly and respectfully with colleagues and internal partners, including the kitchen. The role requires strong teamwork, accuracy in transactions, and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment, offering confident menu recommendations when needed.
