PbRealize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! /b /ppTaboola is looking for a bPublisher Sales Director /b to support and develop Taboola’s premium bItalian /b publishers network. /ppYou will be responsible for the successful implementation and launch of the Taboola relationships with Italian publishers, tracking performance, providing regular strategic direction for new opportunities to improve revenue performance, develop and push new products aligned with Taboola’s audience strategy and grow the available supply in Italy. /p pbTo thrive in this role, you’ll need: /b /pulliStrong experience as an Sales leader or Account Manager in the Ad-tech/Digital space selling solutions to Italian clients, with C-Suite presence and experience /liliPeople management experience, with skills to motivate and drive a sales team /liliSignificant experience in structuring and negotiating intricate deals, responding to publishers’ needs and goals and creating the potential for mutually-beneficial partnerships /liliProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace to work on data and build strategy decks /liliOutstanding relationship management and customer service skills /liliPatience and a structured approach to your work, appreciating that the sales cycle can take much longer in the Publisher space compared to others. /liliVery strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports /liliHighly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class service /liliHigh attention to detail, organized with strong communication skills /liliAbility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt and develop. /li /ulpbHow you’ll make an impact: /b /ppAs a Publisher Sales Director, you’ll bring value by: /pulliLead, maintain and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners /liliDevelop a robust sales strategy to generate new business and manage a healthy pipeline /liliBe a thought leader for Taboola’s publisher side in Italy, owning relationships with key external stakeholders /liliOwn and create a holistic strategy for Account Management and Sales teams to execute on, working closely with Country Manager to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals /liliUnderstand clients’ organisation and develop relationships with multiple points of contact within a publisher (from Business Development to Editorial to Product) /liliMonitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results /liliProactively seek market feedback on the Taboola platform and work with Taboola’s Product team to help develop market-leading functionality that meets the needs of our potential clients /li /ulpbWhy Taboola? /b /ppIf you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
