Il ruolo
We are looking for a Consumer Representative in the Italian market. The candidate will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and will manage informational activities for tobacconists and consumers in support of the company's business plan.
Responsabilità principali
* Provide consumer information at partner retail outlets in accordance with the requirements of the Area Manager, company guidelines, and applicable regulations.
* Maximize the effectiveness of informational messages in tobacco shops.
* Build the company's customer database by registering sales to consumers in the system.
* Engage tobacconists and provide training on the product portfolio.
* Implement visibility materials, permanent or temporary, to support business activities.
Competenze ed esperienze richieste
* Previous experience as hostess, promoter, sales associate, or similar commercial role.
* Excellent communication and persuasive skills, customer-oriented and empathetic.
* Residency in the relevant area to ensure effective territory coverage.
* Strong time management, stress handling, and organizational planning abilities.
* Readiness for frequent multi-day trips within the assigned territory.
* Company car will be provided; a valid B driving licence is required.
Offerta prevista
The role starts with a one‑year contract with personalized training and constant support aimed at permanent placement in our team. Compensation includes salary, a bonus scheme linked to goal achievement, and meal vouchers.
