Aufgaben:
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:
Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Build and deliver effective trade-storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phase
Collaborate with marketing & sales team to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actions
Create and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty
Oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailers
Install category management knowledge and act as sparring partner for the international key distribution dealers
Analyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customers
Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick&mortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out)
Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e. international pricing) and related governance
Qualifikation:
About 10 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing, preferably in the food sector and internationally
Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamics
Ability to manage complex projects and work in cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Fluency in English and at least in one language between German and Italian
