On behalf of a Sport Entertainment company we are looking for a: /p h3Temporary CFO /h3 pThe Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial, accounting, tax, labour and compliance aspects of the Company. He/she ensures that the money being spent by the company is allocated appropriately and used as planned. He/she is responsible for monitoring the budget, developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures, ensuring that all departments are working together in a cohesive and coordinated manner, and making sure everything complies with Italian requirements, together with financial reporting and other applicable standards agreed with the company. /p pThe candidate will also be responsible for processing and paying/collecting all creditor/debtor invoices. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 h3Planning /h3 ul liFormulate an initial business plan/budget based on the Master and update it /li liEnsure all costs are in line with budget and approved /li liPrepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the progress of the Company /li /ul h3Bookkeeping and local compliance /h3 ul liKeep accurate books and records of accounts of the Company, in order to prepare Annual Financial Statements in accordance with the Italian GAAP. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian tax, legal and labour laws and regulations. /li liLead a team to manage the company from an administrative, accounting, tax, legal and labour perspective. /li liBe the legal representative to execute transactions with third-parties by means of the Powers of Attorney granted in accordance with the Company’s Shareholders. /li liPrepare and execute the liquidation of the Company in an orderly manner, once the Company has closed the fiscal year related to the activities in Naples. /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a purchase policy to ensure purchases are made in accordance with the standards defined by the Company’s Shareholders. /li liIdentify ways to minimize cost and boost financial performance. /li liAllocate resources and manage cash flows (cash management) /li liNegotiate and manage vendor relations using SLA’s and metric management (i.e., insurance companies, suppliers, business partners, etc.). /li liReview and approve all spending by the Company, including salaries, supplies, travel expenses, and other operational costs /li liPrepare other periodical and ad hoc reports agreed with the CEO when required. /li /ul h3HR and IT /h3 ul liDevelop and implement human resource policies that align with organizational goals, as well as manage employee relations. /li liRecruit and manage all the staff, including the payment of salaries and other payments (allowance, reallocation fees, etc.) /li liOversee IT operations and evaluate them according to the established goals /li liDevise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Group /li liDevelop secure procedures to maintain confidential information /li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul liSolid background in financial planning, Italian accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting matters /li liFluent English language skills, both written and spoken /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong leadership skills with a proactive approach, committed and motivated to drive performance and deliver business results /li liExceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, combined with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pNapoli /p pAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
