From the division Sunset Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for Senior Sales Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences and Suites project, in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of Milan. The purpose of the role is to drive revenue generation across luxury suites, residences, and penthouses, positioning METT Milan Torre Velasca as a leading destination in both the luxury hospitality and extended-stay segments. Revenue Generation & Market Penetration Drive sales performance across all accommodation categories, delivering on occupancy, ADR, and total revenue targets. Actively contribute to fast market penetration, generating business through direct outreach and proactive sales activities. Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified prospects. Identify new revenue opportunities based on market trends and demand patterns. Account Management & Retention Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to maximize results. Market Intelligence & Positioning Monitor the competitive landscape including luxury hotels and serviced residences. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to support dynamic pricing strategies. Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Events to ensure alignment and conversion. Contribute to the execution of the Sales & Marketing strategy and business plan. Representation & Networking Represent the hotel in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Build strong visibility within luxury travel, corporate, and agency networks. Proven experience in luxury hotel sales, serviced residences, or high-end real estate. Strong commercial mindset with a lead-generation and hunter approach. Well-connected within luxury, corporate, or agency segments. Speed of market penetration and pipeline development. Contribution to revenue growth and brand positioning.
