They are looking for a Business Development Manager Quality Assurance and Manual Tightening In this position your mission will be to drive our customers’ success by improving their quality and production process. Consequently, you will generate profitable growth for your company. You are expected to understand the full potential of Quality Assurance and Manual Tightening and develop our business in the EMEA Region, that includes Europe, Middle East and Africa. Your Responsibilities Quality Assurance and Manual Tightening strategy. Work with the Business Line Managers to support all customer centers to have a solid strategy to grow in Quality Assurance and Manual Tightening. Additionally, you will follow up and ensure the plans are properly executed and the Customer Centers get the support needed to succeed Drive Global Key Accounts. You will be the ambassador for the main Key Accounts with headquarters in your region, knowing the main stakeholders, and ensuring you share the success cases in all countries. Map and reach the full Quality Assurance and Manual Tightening potential. You will have full knowledge of the market size, market share, competitors and transformation potential in your region. Additionally, you will have control of the quotations ongoing, orders in the pipeline, won or lost and make sure we succeed in all big projects. Create unexplored opportunities. Generate growth by proactively detecting improvements in our customers’ processes and creating the need for our solutions through a better quality process and better manual tightening production standards. Partnerships and Acquisitions. You will find out opportunities in your region to create partnerships with standards entities, universities, supplier of complementary technologies, working in collaboration with the dedicated Atlas Copco team to help us grow non-organically. Your background Bachelor’s or Master's in Engineering or science equivalent area of studies. MBA is an asset Working in an industrial environment, ideally with engineering background. Strong sales experience. Passion for Quality Assurance is definitely a plus Team player, collaborative, able to create a solid and reliable network that will enable us to grow as organization. Ability to interact with any customer hierarchy level to bring value expected and convince all stakeholder in the sales process Oriented to innovative methods and new ways of doing things; being opened to implement modern agile methods Strong presentation and communications skills Show high commitment to customer satisfaction; engaged and an autonomous decision maker; proactive problem-solver and deal with obstacles in a positive way.
