Tra le sue principali attività vi sono la gestione del team di sala, il coordinamento e la supervisione dei compiti, assicurando sempre una meravigliosa esperienza e ospitalità. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervision and daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service for guests. /li liCoordination and training of dining room staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. /li liDevelopment and implementation of service strategies to improve the culinary experience of guests. /li liManagement of reservations and organization of special events. /li liMonitoring restaurant performance, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. /li liCollaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. /li liControl of supplies and budget management, optimizing costs without compromising quality. /li liResolution of guest complaints and issues, ensuring a prompt and effective solution. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liSignificant experience in a Restaurant Manager position, preferably in high-level hotels or restaurants. /li liExcellent leadership and staff management skills. /li liExcellent knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards. /li liStrong organizational and time management skills. /li liAbility to manage budget and supplies. /li liGood knowledge of Simphony and Opera programs. /li liExcellent knowledge of the English language. /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liPassion for hospitality and dedication to service excellence. /li liStrong customer orientation and ability to anticipate their needs. /li liTeamwork and leadership skills, establishing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring that employees do the same within the team. /li liKnowledge of current trends in the restaurant industry and modern techniques. /li liCommunication skills and ability to follow instructions, always improving service, communicating and helping people understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when necessary on any operational skills in all areas. /li liGood sommelier knowledge. /li liGood knowledge of the Office package (knowledge of a graphics program will be a preferred requirement). /li /ul h3Note /h3 pPlease note that no accommodation will be provided for the above position.
