Where you can truly be yourself. **The Role** We are looking for a very organised and flexible newly qualified lawyer (avvocato) or CPA (commercialista) to join our private client and tax department, in Milan. Key elements of the role include: - Legal research
- Document management, review and analysis
- Drafting of tax and legal Memorandum
- Assisting in preparing pitches and tenders and in aspects of business development
- Assisting with client events
- Producing accurate, high-quality work quickly and efficiently, using the firm's software packages and document management systems
- Upon request, preparing first drafts of terms of engagement letters; using electronic file opening, ensuring anti-money laundering requirements are adhered to and requesting necessarily Know Your Client documentation
- General administrative duties

- Excellent academics (not less than 100/110)
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills are mandatory (English proficiency equal to a C1 is a must)
- Law or Economics graduate
- Qualified avvocato or commercialista
- Ideally 1-2 years of post-qualification work experience in tax (we will consider prior experience in private client and wealth management)
- Good knowledge of domestic and international tax issues
- Constant professional update
- Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices
