WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Service Sale Specialist will be responsible for the development, coordination and management of the entire project related to the maintenance of the air conditioning systems followed. Specifically, the figure will deal with:
1. Promote and sell maintenance packages to end and/or professional customers by supporting the contact center, implementing teleselling strategies and ensuring the achievement of the set objectives.
2. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales value.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and support materials.
4. Coordinate and monitor the activities of the service centres, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
5. Supervise the workflow for subscriptions, payments and technical interventions through the corporate CRM.
6. Ensure the respect of the deadlines and operational efficiency for the execution of maintenance.
7. Develop strong relationships with the network of service centres by implementing initiatives to increase their loyalty.
8. Provide continuous support to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and encouraging contract renewals.
9. Ensure that all actors involved are up-to-date on the operational procedures and features of the maintenance packages.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
10. Degree: Preferably Bachelor in Engineering, Economics or Industrial Technical Maturity with specialization in Thermotechnics or Mechanics.
11. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in the sale of services, preferably in the HVAC, energy or technical maintenance sector.
12. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and projects.
13. Familiarity with the management of CRMs and operational processes related to service contracts.
14. Languages: Fluent knowledge of Italian and good command of English (spoken and written).
15. Strong customer orientation and ability to identify their needs and negotiating and closing skills.
