Ph3Job Title /h3 pCommercial Professional Marketing Specialist - Sleep Respiratory Care (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta e Sardegna) /p h3Job Description /h3 pbIn this role, you have the opportunity to /b /p ppromote Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions in the assigned area (North West Italy) and maximize sales, margins, market share and customer relationships in order to ensure long term profitability in the targeted territory (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta e Sardegna) /p pIn addition, you will ensure that customers (e.g. clinician, technicians, operators, agents, Home Care Provider) are properly trained and supported. /p pbYou are responsible to /b /p ul lipManage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory. /p /li lipConduct regular visits to customers (prescribers: Pneumologist/neurologist, nurses, physiotherapists, etc) to obtain direct feedback from them about Philips solutions and to be updated on the local tenders, Home Care Provider's penetration, competitors. /p /li lipSupport and follow the clinical community/Hospitals in the assigned zone to expand the sleep and ventilation therapy adoption. /p /li lipSupport and develop dedicated marketing, educational and commercial activities for prescribers (also in collaboration with the Business Partners) in order to achieving sales and marketing targets in assigned territory. /p /li lipTrain all customers (prescribers and Home Care Providers) in order that all stakeholders are provided with high quality training to achieve optimal usage of the product as indicated by the IFU. /p /li lipDevelop strong relationships with the field commercial organization of the business partners in order to increase the adoption of Philips SRC solutions. /p /li lipContribute to maintaining and updating customer's segmentation profile in CRM. /p /li lipMonitor of the local trends, Market Share and market dynamics of prescriptions in order to define commercial and marketing strategies to increase Philips adoption. /p /li /ul pbYou are a part of /b /p pthe Local CommercialProfessional Marketing team, in direct line to the CommercialProfessional Marketing Lead. /p pbTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience /b /p ul lipBachelor's or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineer, or equivalent experience in a technical background. /p /li lipPrevious experience as sales/technical specialist in medical sector is preferred. /p /li lipExperience in home care market is a plus. /p /li lipKnowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel) required. /p /li lipSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage own workload. /p /li lipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships. /p /li lipVerbal and written english proficiency on top of italian as local languange. /p /li /ul pbHow we work together /bbr/We believe that we are better together than apart.
