In order to strengthen our team and further develop this business, we are now looking for a new and focused Service Sales Engineer for the Compressor Technique Service division's FIAC department.

To achieve results as per objectives agreed with the CTS Business Line Manager.
To develop the business of spare parts and advanced services within the defined Territory – France, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, north Africa, Middle east – and with the international key accounts, as per guidelines agreed upon with the BLM, with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market, working in close cooperation with equipment sales team.
To assure success in our ambition to grow market share.
To interact with other company members in a constructive, productive, and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Customer Center
Achieve ambitious sales targets in aftermarket business.
Expand business in the territory and search new business opportunities (expand product mix on existing customers and/or new accounts)
Maintain regular contact with existing distributors.
Organize customer visits with equipment Sales Area Manager to give support related to aftermarket product sales.
Organize aftermarket sales training in coordination with the aftermarket technical team.
Monitor and report the development of the market and sales in relation to aftermarket products, preparing marketing activities and materials, customers sales activities, proposal of promotions to achieve ambitious targets.
Initiate and track the performance of special activities and campaigns.
AIRnet Champion role
Promotion of advanced products such as: ECONTROL 6, ICONS
Maintain the regular reporting of sales activities.
Collaborate with Technical Support Team.
Required skills
Good knowledge of the English and French languages; Spanish and Italian will be a valuable plus.
Technical background
Good knowledge of the air compressors aftermarket and the competition landscape.
Willing to travel for the majority of the time
Hunting mentality;
Customer orientation;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail;
Flexibility and adaptability.
Practical knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), etc;

FIAC PAC is a customer center based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) belonging to Compressor Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco Group. It is a 100% indirect business company serving many brands and dealers worldwide. Yearly turnover is roughly 50million Euros.
