Michael Page Your mission: - Execute the commercial strategy and grow the business through new customer acquisition and retention. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the API supply chain/API CDMO sector (micronization experience is a plus). - Develop commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts (CDAs & MSAs). - Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution. - Utilize CRM tools to enhance BD activities and drive structured processes. - Gather market intelligence to identify new growth segments. Visit customers, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct yearly business reviews What we're looking for: - Experience in high-value, complex service provision within Pharma, Biotech, or Advanced Manufacturing. - Strong ability to hunt for new business, negotiate, and execute strategic sales plans. - A results-driven mindset with pragmatism, agility, curiosity, and execution at the core.
