Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role from luxury environment
Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality
The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success
English language is a must
Offering:
Salary up to €50000 based on experience
MBO + uniform
