Tasks
* Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels, including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors
* Drive regional business growth from 0 to 1 in Bologna and central Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy and other European countries
* Manage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction
* Other work assigned by the leadership
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
* At least 1 year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
* Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
