Job Description:
We're looking for a Marketing Manager in Diagnostics to help us boost the company to the next level. We want you to be tenacious and results-oriented. In addition, you’re constantly analyzing the market to implement new ideas and opportunities. As the leader of the marketing team, you contribute to the implementation of the strategy, development, and objectives of the organization.
* Identify the main market trends and opportunities
* Transform these trends into actions and products in accordance with the global strategy
* Take responsibility for key accounts
* Organize the content of conferences and fairs of the segment, monitoring the objectives established for each of them.
* Regularly visit the EMEA headquarters
* Manage market analysis
o General marketing plan (including Market analysis, SWOT analysis, competitor reports, Market trends, main trends, competitor analysis, etc.)
o Medium and long-term market plan (3-5 years)
o Manage constant analysis of competitors
o Provide information from the field of operations (sales, services) to obtain the most accurate portrait of the market
o Segment and organize customer groups (segmentation, classification)
* Manage global marketing activities
o Function as an expert in the local market / BU under responsibility
o Participate in contact with BS for global marketing design
o Organize contacts with key decision-makers within global management of the product (BU/BS)
o Manage local results of global marketing proposals
o Plan and organize with a focus on innovation and cyclical processes (launch/retirement)
* Coordinate product launch phases
o Ensure all tender documentation is fulfilled
o Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) for prior approvals
o Manage deadlines and priorities
o Develop marketing proposals with corrective actions (process monitoring)
* Manage Sales support
o Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
o Create events within the local market (Campaign Management - CRM)
o Lead Management – CRM
* Act as a technical expert in Sales functions
o Manage resources to achieve high technical expertise (clinical, application, marketing)
o Be accountable for technical and scientific documentation during tenders
* Marketing department management
o Manage resources and staff, set objectives, approve expenses
o Implement marketing processes per OTC standards
o Support, train, evaluate, and motivate the marketing team
o Ensure quality and progress of work
o Lead and participate in work teams
o Manage product, pricing, solutions locally
Marketing Manager — Diagnostics (f/m/x)
In this role you will:
o Manage the product portfolio of the business unit
o Drive engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers
o Manage marketing resources, activities, budgets, and ROI
o Oversee the product lifecycle
o Optimize clinical study resources aligned with product strategies
Job requirements
o University Degree or equivalent, MBA desirable
o At least 10 years in marketing functions
o At least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry
o 3-5 years in people management
o Experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis is a plus
Professional experience for the position:
o Commercial experience
o Experience with sales processes (OGP; CRM, Sales Funnel)
o Product knowledge (Expert level)
o Project management
o Familiarity with P&L management
o Decision-making considering client needs
o Management skills
