A better future? /ph3Mission /h3pDrive profitable sales growth in line with the company’s Long Range Plan (LRP). Lead negotiations from RFQ to production, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the sales team to deliver financial and performance targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and execute sales strategies aligned with LRP and budget targets. /liliManage customer negotiations (piece price, tooling, EDD) across all program phases. /liliSecure new business awards and ensure profitability of existing programs. /liliSupport Sales Director in achieving financial targets for the Italian division. /liliManage and develop a small sales team, fostering performance and innovation. /liliCoordinate with internal departments (Finance, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Operations and Program Management) to ensure timely and accurate quotations. /liliEnsure monthly program overdue issues are resolved and financial reporting is aligned. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5–10 years’ international experience in a similar sales role, preferably in automotive. /liliProven track record in OEM account management (Stellantis experience preferred). /liliStrong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills. /liliSolid understanding of financial data analysis and commercial profitability. /liliExperience managing and developing teams. /liliFluent English (any other languages are an advantage). Italian at a communicative level. /liliFlexible to travel; resilient, target-oriented, with a good sense of humor. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
