Italy CPS Attach (Display & peripherals) Category manager
Responsibilities:
* Management of the Consumer Display and peripherals for Italy.
* Superior understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.
* Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan.
* Plan set up & follow up on key KPIs on your respective Product categories.
* Governance and Process of management to support growth in your Country with local key stakeholders.
* Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level.
* Product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment.
* Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc).
* Be part of local Retail Sales staff and act as the “Attach Champion” in your markets.
* Educate account team about HP’s Attach assortment and business strategy to increase their understanding and appreciation of its contribution to overall client account retention and HP profitability.
* Help Sales to position the value of Consumer Attach for HPs success
* Manage lead generation activities of the business program.
Education and Experience Required:
* University or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
* Typically 5 to 7 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
* Demonstrated Team leadership experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
* IT industry knowledge.
* Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
* Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
* Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
* Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing).
