X23 is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client portfolio, to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be working with the senior management to create and apply an effective sales strategy, generating new client business through networking and following up on recommendations.
The ideal candidate will also be in charge of supporting in the designing and implementing strategies for the client utilising the companies' assets to accommodate both parties best.
Responsibilities for Business Development Specialist
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets
Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors
Network with investors and other business partners to generate new leads
Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training
Qualifications and Requirements for Business Developer
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Robust interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions
Solid written and verbal communication skills
