Main activities
1. market analysis, sector studies and definition of commercial development strategies in agreement with the Management;
2. first contact with customers and management of the relationship with them for the expansion of the portfolio;
3. relationship management and development of opportunities with existing customers;
4. on-site visits to customers for test and demo measurements;
5. coordination with the technical support teams for any interventions;
6. collaboration in managing relationships with the manufacturing parent company, aligning with the management: forecasts, weekly alignment meetings, training plans, price lists;
7. participation in training courses for the growth of technical and commercial skills suitable for managing the role in complete autonomy and growth in the organization.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
8. Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar Engineering or Technical Diploma;
9. 2-4 years of previous experience in the commercial management of a product portfolio or technical experience developed in Quality Control or R&D laboratories gained in B2B production or commercial companies of laboratory equipment with technical content;
10. broad customer orientation, both internal and external;
11. proactive approach, attention to priorities and planning ability, flexibility;
12. problem solver and result orientation;
13. Fluent Italian and English .
Preferential/Nice to have
14. previous experience developed in at least one of the following markets is preferable: coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastic materials, cosmetics, food, transformation of raw or similar materials;
15. knowledge of the German language will be a preferential but not decisive requirement.
