Job Description
The new Sales Director Italy is a leader with the proper experience to take on the full responsibility for developing business with key cosmetics Italian brands and will be in charge of the new Italian branch.
He/She has already gained several years of experience in Sales Director/Business Development roles within the cosmetic Italian market, specifically in Makeup subcontracting or in Makeup packaging.
What will you do:
* Support the Board in defining a coherent and value-added development strategy.
* Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy in accordance with Board of Directors.
* Oversee the tactical sales and development.
* Achieve sales and profit targets.
* Guarantee the correct reporting.
* Collect information on competitors from the market.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a leading position in sales and business development within the cosmetic Italian market, specifically in Makeup subcontracting or in Makeup packaging.
* Experience working with Italian brands and track records in business development is a must.
* Experience in the US market or Groups is highly advantageous.
* Persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills are crucial. The ability to effectively communicate with clients and adapt to the culture of targeted companies is essential.
* Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration.
* Teamwork, team spirit, know how to build a team.
* Perseverant, rigorous, methodical. Knows how to communicate.
* Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers): good talker, good listener, motivated person, love the challenge.
* Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills that will allow to challenge.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
