OVERVIEW:
Reach Agency is looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to oversee and develop long-term relationships with our clients. This role works closely with internal teams, including our Strategy, Creative and Talent teams, to lead and develop award-winning campaigns that deliver on our client’s objectives, influence and entertainment consumers and lead to new opportunities for the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage assigned client relationships with the aim of delivering above & beyond on behalf of your client.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Talent) to ensure smooth communication and to improve on process and output.
* Confidently manage external and internal partner relationships while ensuring all projects are completed on time and under budget
* Develop or improve internal processes for assigned client work
* Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets
* Manage legal & client approval process and talent tracking for all advertising
* Be a strong strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Develop strong internal relationships with all disciplines
* Develop client briefs and oversee development, execution and follow-up.
* Regularly develop Market/Category research and analysis with a focus on competitive advertising, media spending and developing future research initiatives.
* Manage legal & client approval process and talent tracking for all advertising.
* Assist in creating agency POVs or other work to be presented to the client.
* Develop strong internal relationships with all disciplines.
* Prepare long term and short term goals and account objectives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* 5+ years experience working in brand management or at a creative or influencer agency (bonus points for experience working on an inter-agency team) - CPG/Beauty accounts a plus!
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
* Excellent analytical and project management skills; detail-oriented is a must!
* Ability to expertly maintain courteous and professional relationships in all situations with clients, vendors and employees
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to flawlessly manage multiple campaigns at one time
* Audience-first attitude, thinking of how consumers engage with content across web, apps, experiential and social including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc
This is a full-time position that typically would be based at the Reach Agency offices in Venice, CA, USA. Due to COVID-19, the position is currently remote based on West Coast hours.
