The resource, under the supervision of the manager, deals with:
* manage the preparation of the restaurant service together with colleagues, ensuring impeccable service to guests
* take care of guests' needs in a professional and warm way
* is the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests
Qualifications
* Training in the hotel or restaurant sector
* Professional experience in the role and, preferably, in high-level gastronomy
* Good knowledge of German and English
* Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, willingness to help colleagues
* The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop
