Responsibilities And Objectives Of The Role
* Implement the company's strategy for attracting and engaging new customers in the target markets
* Create and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the company
* Define and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customers
* Maximize the profitability of the customers
* Create and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activities
* Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee the planning of customers' activities
* Promote the value stream generated for customers
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience in implementing acquisition, retention and development strategies with customers
* Experience in selling software and IT services
* Experience in international environments
* Proficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
* Italian and English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
* At least 5 years of experience in the role
Considered as a plus:
* Experience in the gaming industry
* Spanish language
* French language
