ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Marketing Manager Italy, with an operative role in Trade marketing activities, to join the Italian sales company based in Pordenone (Italy) and report to the Marketing and Business Development Director Italy.
The role involves both operational and managerial responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
1. Master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related discipline
2. At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, in an international environment
3. Ability to move seamlessly from operative to strategic tasks
4. Excellent intercultural communication skills
5. Fluent in Italian and English
6. Outstanding organisational skills
7. Leadership and strong cross-collaborating mindset
8. Digital proficiency, experience with Salesforce will be a plus
9. Strong KPI achievement focus

ABOUT YOUR TASKS
As Marketing Manager of a sales company (Italy), your main responsibilities are:
13. Develop and execute local marketing plans according to sales priorities
14. Implement data-driven marketing projects across multiple channels and segments to drive revenue growth and optimise spend, managing substantial budgets to maximise ROI
15. Drive connections among local marketing functions: trade, live communication, digital communication, CRM activities, within a team of 6-7 resources reporting to you
16. Lead the Chef Academy team (consultants) in Italy
17. Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders:
18. country organisation
19. global brand marketing
20. marketing heads and teams from different Business Areas: Food Service Europe, Laundry, Coffee/Beverage/Food Prep
21. business sector partners and ambassadors
22. Support go-to-market strategies for all products and services across the 360° customer journey by applying digital thinking, content creation and leads nurturing approach
23. Support sales area managers and key account sales managers on content creation and sales collateral to enable business growth
24. Apply digital tools and support the launch and implementation of new digital technologies
25. Foster a culture of teamwork within a dynamic environment that supports everyone's success
In your daily job, you also manage and execute local (Italy) Trade Marketing activities for some brands of our portfolio:
26. Create pricelists, keep up-to-date all pricelist tools (app, pdf, etc)
27. Create or adapt targeted marketing materials, technical sheets, brochures and promotions for dealers
28. Implement POS materials ensuring optimal representation for brands, and visibility for dealers
29. Support the dealer network with local trade shows, conferences, demos and other events
30. Execute product launches communication and 360 journey assets
31. Prepare and deliver training programs to dealers, in collaboration with the sales and business development organisation
32. Monitor KPI to share insights and propose new initiatives
