Reporting to theCluster Head of Sales Air Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for AFF activities inItaly,i n close collaboration with France, Spain, and Yusen’s global network. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio. You will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop Air Freight Forwarding businessincluding B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth.
Manage and retain a client portfolioby offering customized solutions.
Build and negotiate commercial offersin collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders.
Drive cross-selling initiativeswith other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services.
Work closely with operationsto optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends.
Monitor commercial performanceincluding KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results.
Support the operational implementationof flows and SOPs with internal teams.
Integrate financial considerationssuch as client solvency, pricing consistency, and potential involvement in collections.

Possibility of remote work (maximum 2 days per week)YOUR PROFILE :Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role in transport or logistics.
Strong knowledge of logistics and transport solutions, as well as airfreight and maritime offerings.
Experience in Project Cargo will be considered an asset.
Ability to build complex commercial proposals and present them clearly.
Comfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline.
