Job Title: Sales & Account Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and support agents & distributors in Italy, driving product sales and achieving annual targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support regional growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of agents & distributors to drive sales and achieve targets
* Developing and implementing localized sales strategies
* Nurturing key relationships with customers and partners
* Analyzing market trends and identifying new sales opportunities
* Coordinating with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, preferably in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors
* Experience in personal care categories (e.g., hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.) is a strong advantage
* Proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts in Italy
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is a plus
* Fluency in Italian and English is required
