Ph3Account Manager – Salerno /h3 pOur Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth. /p pThe AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and are great at building relationships. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of restaurant brands to build lasting relationships with the network. /li liMonitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction. /li liNegotiate contract terms and conditions in line with company goals and partner mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition. /li liPlan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share. /li liControl portfolio PL, identifying opportunities and risks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. /li liKnowledge of PL and strong negotiation skills. /li liExperience creating long‑term relationships. /li liDemonstrated experience using tools and related project‑management applications to guide best practice. /li liExperience in horeca, restaurants or the food market is a plus. /li liFluency in English is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul libMake a visible impact every day /b – your work directly improves experiences for customers, partners and riders. /li libLearn fast in an entrepreneurial environment /b – work close to the market with autonomy, pace and real responsibility. /li libBuild a career, not just a role /b – stretch yourself, develop new skills and grow as the business evolves. /li libDeliver together in an inclusive culture /b – collaborative, values‑driven teams that support how you work best. /li /ul h3Company Information /h3 pDeliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition.
