We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team remotely, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Stay updated on product launches and transitions to maintain current sales engagement programs, including product and service support.
* Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, building customer rapport with products and services.
* Collaborate with various departments within the customer’s organization, including engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.
* Provide customer information through presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings within the organization.
* Assist marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
* Support team members in achieving KPIs.
* Participate in regional and international trade shows and support product and business promotional activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or R&D.
* Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
* Understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
* Motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including weekends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Chinese language is beneficial but not required.
