Drive Sales Growth as a Business Development Manager
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for capturing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Capture new business opportunities through market research and networking
* Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing clients
* Align annual sales targets with customer needs and monitor performance regularly
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with marketing teams to support brand image and marketing activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Electrical, Power, or related fields
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market
* At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
* Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
* Proven track record of successful sales target execution in previous roles
